Shark Fishing in the Coastal Bend of Texas
Experience the raw excitement of South Texas shark fishing using one of the most intense and proven methods on the coast: kayaking baits from the shore into prime Gulf waters. This hands-on approach targets hard-fighting species such as Blacktip, Bull, Tiger, and Hammerhead sharks, delivering unforgettable battles just steps from the beach.
Your guide, Dwade, is a seasoned shark angler with deep roots in the Texas shark fishing community and a close personal friendship with the founder of Sharkathon, the nationally recognized catch-and-release shark fishing event held on Padre Island National Seashore. His experience and conservation-first mindset ensure every trip is both ethical and adrenaline-charged.
Prime spring and summer shark fishing seasons in South Texas offer ideal conditions for placing baits precisely where trophy sharks cruise. All trips focus on responsible catch-and-release shark fishing, combining strategy, strength, and coastal adventure into an experience you won’t forget.

Other Information
You will be notified 7-10 days prior to your trip of expected weather conditions, in case of rescheduling, and to check in on any last questions, confirm meeting time and location of the excursion. Because weather conditions are changing all the time with rain, high tides, big surf, wind and weed washing up, we may need to do casted baits or reschedule.
Cancelation Policy
If you cancel a fishing trip 7 days or less before the excursion, it will result in forfeiture of your deposit. If you decide to reschedule within this time frame, you will have a year from the initial booking date to reschedule.
